How to fix controller keeps disconnecting from PS4

  • Press and hold the button for a few seconds
  • Then plug the cable from your controller back into the PS4
  • Turn on your PS4
  • The gamepad will re-sync with the console

How to restart the console

  • Turn off your PS4
