What you can do with your phone
To find out if the problem is in your phone or not, it is enough to do a few simple steps:
- First of all, try to reset your phone, very often it helps to avoid many bugs
- Check if the SIM-card is tight in its slot
- If you have a possibility it is better to make a complete phone disconnection. You need to take out the battery and wait 20-30 seconds, then put it back and turn on the phone
- Try to connect your phone to a Wi-Fi hotspot and see if the signal works
- If none of listed above did not help, try to insert the SIM-card to another phone and see if it will work there
What to do if there is a problem with the SIM-card
If you are sure that the problem is with the SIM-card and the phone is in order, then there are several things you can do to correct it:
- Make sure that you have paid all your bills for your contract. It often happens because of the daily routine, people simply forget to pay their phone bill and mobile operators disable the call function for them.In this case, just pay your bill and everything will go back to normal
- It’s also worth checking whether you have a connection to the network. It may happen that you are out of coverage area and cellular towers can not receive your phone signal, in this case you need to return to the coverage area
- You should also check the information from your operator, perhaps they are carrying out routine maintenance work or they had an accident which prevents them from providing their services temporarily. In this case you only have to wait for the end of this work
- If none of the previous cases is relevant for you, maybe your SIM-card is damaged or your number is blocked. You need to contact T-mobile service center, they will replace your SIM-card and can restore its functionality

The last step, which can help you to solve this problem is Factory Reset. If none of the situations and solutions described above has helped you, it makes sense to perform a full Factory Reset of your device. This will most often fix critical errors that may have occurred while the phone was working, but it will erase all your data. Factory Reset can be done on both iPhone and Android smartphones.
iPhone Factory reset
If you need to factory reset your iPhone, here are instructions on how to do it quickly:
- Open Settings and then General > Reset.
- Click Erase All Content and Settings. You’ll need to enter your Apple ID and password to confirm your decision.
- Tap Erase iPhone.
Android Factory reset
For Android smartphones, the factory reset process isn’t much more complicated than for iPhones. Let’s take the SAMSUNG GALAXY as an example, but all other smartphones follow the same procedure. You need to connect your phone to a charger and then:
- Open Settings
- Select General management > Reset
- Press Factory Data Reset > Reset > Delete all
