In today’s world, messengers are very popular. Especially those that offer unusual features. One of these is Snapchat. It has won the devotion of millions of users for its pleasant interface and the ability to send multimedia instant messages. But Snapchat also has an interesting feature that rewards the user for frequent use. Every Snapchat user has his own Snap Score. Which is basically a number that shows how actively you use the application.
What is Snap Score
Snap Score shows how active you are using Snapchat and how social you are. It doesn’t affect anything and is designed for fun only. They can be seen by your friends. And you can see the Snap Score of your buddies from your friend list.
How to raise the Snap Score
There are several simple ways to improve your Snap Score. What improves your Snap Score:
- Snaps you have sent or received
- Stories you’ve viewed or posted
- Videos you viewed
- How many friends you have
You can also get a special bonus if you send snaps to multiple people at once. There is still no exact information on how the Snap Score is calculated.
How to find your Snap Score
The first question you will have about Snap Score is where you can find it. To view your Snap Score, there are a few simple steps to follow

What is Snapstreak
Another important detail that affects your Snap Score is how many Snapstreaks you have. When the “🔥” sign appears next to your friend’s name, it means that you have entered into a Snapstreak with your friend. This means that you have been sending Snaps to each other for more than 3 days in a row. Also next to the emoji there will be numbers that show how many days in a row you have been in the Snapstreak with your buddy. If your Snapstreak ends soon, you can see the “⌛️” emoji next to your friend’s name. To stay in the Snapstreak, you just need to send at least one Snap to each other within 24 hours. Remember that Snaps sent to group chats do not count, just like Snaps sent with Memories or Spectacles content to other Snapchatters do not count
