If anyone hears Meta employees say that when they enter the office, it’s as if they are teleported into another universe, it’s easy to believe. A company of this caliber must have working conditions that are top-notch. But many people who aren’t involved in that field are interested in learning more about it.
The Meta employee who revealed some information about how things work in their office works at Instagram. This person said the office is home to his gym, massage therapist, and doctor. And after that, they added about the employee universe.
So, in addition to that, the employee listed some other benefits, which include free snacks, health insurance, and eye care. The Meta employee said they have free meals in the office, including “delicious Indian food and free snacks.”
This employee compared their office to a past job at Amazon. Afterward, they said, “the lack of privilege and prestige seems like a prison to me compared to what I have now.”
Comments of a completely different nature followed this statement. Among these comments were also comments from Meta employees. Some even wrote, “I want whatever you smoke to feel so good about Meta.
