It’s been rumored for months that Amazon will hold another big sale for their Prime members. Now Amazon has officially announced the deal. Amazon Prime Early Access Sale on October 11 and 12. It will last 48 hours, and its purpose is to give people a chance to shop before the annual holiday shopping begins. Usually, the New Year’s shopping season kicks off after Black Friday.

This sale is essentially Amazon’s second Prime Day. This is the first time the company is having another Prime Day. The company has moved Prime Day from the summer season to October because of Covid, but a second sale is the first time.

Amazon said this sale would offer hundreds of thousands of deals. The categories participating in the sale are electronics, fashion, home, kitchen, pets, toys, and Amazon’s own devices. The following Amazon event will most likely present new devices, which the company will also include in the sale.

The company will also compile a list of the Top 100, including the “most popular and gift items,” and new offers that will appear throughout the event. The list will include items from brands like Hasbro, iRobot, KitchenAid, and Samsung, among others.

We’re thrilled to help Prime members kick off the holiday season with Amazon’s new Prime Early Access Sale, an exclusive opportunity for members to get deep discounts on the top brands we know they’re looking for this time of year,” said Jamil Ghani, Amazon Prime vice president, in a statement. “Members can start taking advantage of Prime’s exclusive benefits and offers now, and find gift ideas for the whole family with our holiday gift guides and list of toys we love this year.

The sale will be international and will be available in the following countries: Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the UK, and the USA.
