Put on some music. Your favorite songs or something you listened to in eleventh grade – whatever you like best. According to research, music also has the ability to lower cortisol (one of the stress hormones).

Take a walk. It is better if there is a grove or park nearby, capable of imitating communion with nature as much as possible.
