This numbers work Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, they work 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Another way to contact Vizio Costumer Service is via 888-849-4623, this number is also available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, it works 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Seems these three numbers are the best way to contact Vizio Customer Service, but I’ve found additional number as well – 855-833-3221
If you want to contact Vizio in order to make a return, you should call another number:
855-472-8817 (available Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
To avoid misunderstandings, you should understand that you can use the return feature for Vizio direct sales only, which means that you can return only products that were sold to you directly from Vizio.
